Description:
The HR Director/VP will be responsible for all HR
functions at WinWire Technologies ensuring that our value of

Director/VP of HR will formulate and establish personnel
policies, performance metrics, oversee payroll and related
statutory requirements, develop human capital development
processes, responsible for end-to-end recruitment process
across all locations and otherwise perform all functions

Director/VP of HR must establish strong and open
communication channels, build teamwork and cohesiveness

across multiple locations. The role is both strategic and

- 10+ years of proven experience with at least 5 years of direct IT
Services industry experience
- Must have a post-graduate degree in human resource management. Process
orientation is important.
