Kearney, a management consulting firm. Since 2000, he has been part of Microsoft’s Services and Sales operations in Bay Area, Bangalore and Hyderabad. | Sanjeev Banerjee, VP Global Delivery, has spent more than 16 years in the IT Services industry especially on Outsourcing IT Engagements, Customer Acquisitions, and Building Practice/organization capability around Microsoft Technology. Sanjeev also possess a strong technical background on Microsoft Products like MOSS, BizTalk Server and SQL Server BI suite. His other expertise includes managing large size IT project engagements, AGILE/SCRUM based SDLC approaches and Matrix driven software delivery. At WinWire, Sanjeev is responsible to manage the offshore software delivery business and is responsible for customer acquisition & management. management, building delivery teams, building and managing key client relations, managing vendors, defining and architecting
the solution architecture, understanding the trends in the industry as well as in technology, overseeing the
delivery timeliness and quality, HR activities and liaising with sales, finance and support teams.

generation, IP-led services packaging and channel partner
development. Prior to WinWire, he has held leadership positions with Oracle
USA, PeopleSoft and at Infosys. Raj has a Strategic Marketing Certification from the University of California at Berkeley and Bachelor’s degree from
