Ashu Goel, CEO has over 18 years of technology and consulting industry experience in US and India focused on IT Services Industry. He has B.S. from IIT Roorkee, MS from Villanova University and MBA from UC Berkeley. He was key member of the team responsible for setting up India operations of A.T. Kearney, a management consulting firm in 1997. Since 2000, he has been part of Microsoft Services and Sales operations in Bay Area and Bangalore/Hyderabad. Most recently he was responsible for setting up offshore operations for Microsoft Consulting Services called Microsoft Global Services India and Offshore Partner Services organization.

Sanjay Keswani, VP Customer Success, has spent over 18 years in the technology and services industry in US delivering enterprise solutions to large companies and assisting partners build delivery capabilities across multiple technology platforms. Most recently he ran the profitable North American services operations for Dassault Syste’mes focusing in the high technology and semiconductor vertical. His past experiences were around profitably growing large consulting teams focused on product development and innovation management at Oracle Corporation and Sherpa Corporation. He earned his MS degree in Mfg Eng from Utah State University, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Roorkee.

Vineet Arora, VP Technology, has spent over 14 years in IT consulting and software development working with large enterprise customers and SI partners worldwide to help them meet their business requirements using solutions based on Microsoft Products and Technologies. Most recently he spent over 7 years with Microsoft Consulting services architecting, designing and developing solutions for Microsoft's customers & partners worldwide. Earlier in his career, he has also spent over 5 years with NIIT India as software developer of Client-Server applications and e-Learning solutions based on Microsoft platform. Most recently he helped set up Microsoft Consulting Services offshore operations in India as well as Offshore Partner Services team.
