Madan M – Sr. Technical Architect at WinWire Technologies delivered a session on “Modern Collaboration leveraging Microsoft Chatbot Framework” on May 22, 2019, at 2:30 PM.

Title:  Modern Collaboration leveraging Microsoft Chatbot Framework

Session brief:   SharePoint is a longstanding and mature enterprise-level platform that offers rich collaboration capabilities including team sites, communities, document collaboration, document co-authoring, etc. The collaboration capabilities are proving to be inadequate due to the organization’s rapid growth across multiple regions and the ever-increasing need for effective collaboration to improve employee engagement and productivity.

In this informative session, the presenter shared the implementation experiences on leveraging Azure Bot Services based chatbot integrated with the company’s internal and external collaboration solution hosted on SharePoint. This chatbot also leverages Microsoft’s Cognitive Service (QnA Maker) to train Microsoft AI in responding to user’s queries more naturally and conversationally to improve the user experience.
