Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

  • Experience – 18+ years
  • Manage the delivery of multiple accounts
  • Comes with Technology experience, having dealt with working on Microsoft Technologies and Cloud Environments to carry on Digital Transformation, Cloud Adoption, Data Consolidation, and Migration projects
  • Accountable for end-to-end project delivery by implementing best practices and project management principles in governance and control.
  • Effectively collaborate with multiple and diverse sets of stakeholders and leaders in a global environment.
  • Excellent documentation skills – Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Drive and build upon company culture to build motivated and high-performing teams focusing on continuous improvement & continuous learning by taking the help of HR and L&D teams.
  • Drive decision-making by presenting relevant business cases/ insights for a given situation.
  • Anticipate risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Perform assessments/ analysis/ review of the current state and provide insights/ roadmap to reach the desired state
  • Effectively track project progress and report the status on time to create and maintain stakeholder trust
  • Track, maintain & report various quality and productivity metrics
  • People Development – Hiring, Retention, and growth.
  • Contribute to account expansion and new business generation by working closely with sales.
  • Understand the customer technology landscape and identify the skills required for the team to perform well in their roles or to get onboarded for new opportunities.

  • Risk Management – Should be able to evaluate Risks at the project and account level on a continuous basis, and proactively discuss internally to come up with the Mitigation/ Contingency Plan
  • Taking Ownership – Should be able to anticipate, articulate and take ownership of customer’s concerns and track it to closure.
  • Exec level communication Skills – Should be able to articulate thoughts with the WinWire/Customer senior management.
  • Strategic Thinking – Should be able to think strategically, analyze data and present various options to the senior management/exec level.
  • Team Player – Should be able to collaborate with the multifunctional customer and WinWire team.
  • Social Skills – Should be able to have a meaningful conversation and build a rapport at all levels with the customer.
  • Project Management Skills – Should have experience/ expertise in leading large projects/ programs with distributed teams of 50+; should have experience with Waterfall, Agile (Scrum & Kanban) & Hybrid; should have strong skills in project planning, monitoring and executing – project plan, communication plan, status reporting, Risk & Issue management, scope management, quality and productivity metrics, etc.

Secondary Skills (Good To have)*

  • Excellent documentation skills – requirements specifications, backlog, etc.
  • Experience in Presales – SOW, Proposal, RFP, RFQ, etc.
  • Good Stakeholder Engagement skills
  • Experience in leading/ managing projects using Microsoft Technology Stack
  • Experience in working with US and UK customers, both at offshore and onsite/ onshore
