10-12 years of experience in delivering soft skill, Behavioral trainings from Trainee till Senior Manager level.
Strong experience in Liaising with Business, understanding business needs, Creating the Content based on the requirement gathering (TNI/TNA).
Designing & Creation of Training Calendars and Publishing across Org level. Driving the activities end to end.
Strong knowledge on designing TNI/TNA in all business functions and create Readiness plans (Soft skill, Behavioral skills).
Create content inline to the business TNI/TNA and ensure that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective.
Strong experience in conducting Skill Gap Analysis method on the Current Vs Needed Soft /Behavioral skills.
Maintains knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry.
Understanding in preparing & implementing Training Budget.
Strong in MS Office tools like MS Excel, PPT, Word skills.
Responsibilities:
Conducing Quarterly TNI/TNA and Identify the areas for Improving Individual and team performance at Org level.
Managing End to End Training Operations, Logistics for conducting any Training programs.
Provides necessary Coaching & Mentoring to employees in the areas of Soft & Behavioral attributes.
Creating the Training Calendar inline to the upcoming Soft skill training requirements.
Conducting Skill Gap Analysis and Readiness plan on Current Vs Needed.
Driving & Tracking the Effectiveness of the training conducted.
Designing & Tracking Org level score card related to soft skills & Behavioral skills.
Conducting various floor Events, Huddles, and activities to nurture Business & Corporate Etiquettes.
Performing monthly Team bonding activities at all locations (Onshore/Offshore).
Good to have:
Certifications in Train the Trainer, Instructional designing, Content designing, Soft skills, Behavioral skills.
Certifications from ISTD, ASTD or any recognized training institutes
Skills to suggest enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of client, the organization, or the industry.
Conducts or facilitates required and recommended training sessions.
