Pre-Sales Cloud Solutions Architect

Job Description:

  • Demonstrated skills and actual examples of working with Sales and Technology

  • Preferred Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad, India.

Role & responsibilities:

Candidate will be accountable for supporting Sales through entire sales cycle including qualifying new leads. Candidate will be responsible for positioning WinWire capabilities to new customers, existing customers, and Alliance teams. Candidate will work closely with other Technology Practice Leaders to build comprehensive enterprise solutions. Candidate must perform independently and should be able to build POVs and thought leadership.

  • Participate in RFIs/RFPs and own end-to-end solutioning process and build SoWs.
  • Understand requirements and position differentiated custom solutions to clients using latest technologies.
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, and Alliances to establish standard plays to encourage upsells & cross-sells.
  • Build service/solution offerings to help build pipeline.
  • Work with Delivery teams to ensure smooth post-sales cycle and technical oversight.

Candidate requirements:

  • Technology experience and expertise: 12-15+ years of experience primarily in Microsoft Platform – Azure and M365 including collaboration technologies.
  • Experience working with other clouds – AWS or GCP.
  • Experience designing application and infrastructure architectures.
  • Experience using cloud cost calculators and build cost estimates.
  • Hands-on experience designing cloud-native solutions including microservices, serverless computing, API Management platforms and containerization.
  • Solid understanding of cloud native design patterns, DevSecOps, Security, Infrastructure, and database technologies.
  • Understanding of hybrid/multi-cloud strategies, approaches, and tooling.
  • Experience with integration architectures and patterns with systems of records and enterprise platforms.
  • Experience with migrating and modernizing workloads to cloud.
  • Customer advocacy / championship, leading to customer retention and repeat business, driven by customer delight.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Nice to have – experience with other technologies like RPA.
