At least 10 to 12 years related experience in IT Industry with an IT Vendor, a Partner on Microsoft technologies or on Client-Side IT team implementing enterprise scale Dynamics 365 Commerce/Retail Solutions.
Ideal candidate should have experience and understanding of the life cycle of IT solutions/ Business Applications implementation including Estimation, Proposal Preparation, Requirements Gathering, Business Process Modelling, Development &Testing, Deployment and Maintenance.
Proven track record of Designing and developing end-to-end solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Retail, POS, and Commerce.
The candidate must have a good understanding of delivery process and delivery tools like Azure Dev Ops and be able to influence the entire delivery team to adopt the tools and processes for successful delivery. Analysing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Desirable technical experience includes hands-on expertise in several of the following Microsoft products: Azure Solution development, SQL , Power BI, Logic Apps etc.
Primary Skills (Must have):
5+ Years of Development Experience in Dynamics 365 Commerce/Retail. Has a strong understanding of unified commerce business operations, and experience configuring, deploying, maintaining, and using MS Dynamics 365 Commerce (Retail).
Experience of D365 Commerce/Retail implementations and support. Strong analytical, numerical, reasoning abilities and knowledge on D365 Commerce architecture Implemented at least One end to end project using D365 Commerce Experience in D365 Commerce extensions. Experience in D365 Commerce POS extensions which includes MPOS, MPOS Offline and CPOS
Experience of rollouts, deployments, upgrades.
Experience of configuration and troubleshooting of POS setup that includes printers, customer display, scanners, hardware station, MPOS.
Co-ordinating with business consultants and understand the business requirements and design technical solutions for the same.
Familiar with LCS Telemetry, monitoring environments.
Experienced in managing code deployments across D365 environments Advance SQL Query writing.
Aware of Release management processes
Experienced with monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
Secondary Skills (Good To have)
X++ skills would be a benefit.
Proficiency in Typescript, SQL, HTML5, CSS is preferred.
Skills in Point of Sales module are a valid advantage too.
Knowledge of support processes
Having Functional knowledge would be good to have soft skills/other skills (If any)-1. Strong oral communication and written communication are mandatory.
