Technical Lead – App Dev (PHP)

Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad

Experience: 8 – 12 Years

Job Description:

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable SaaS platforms and enterprise-grade web applications.
• This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a passion for high-quality software development.
• The candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, making architectural decisions, ensuring code quality, and driving best practices in development, testing, and DevOps integration.
• Prior experience with unit testing, code quality tools such as SonarQube, and continuous integration workflows is essential.            
• PHP (7.x/8.x) – Strong hands-on experience
• Laravel Framework – Minimum 4+ years of experience
• Experience in building SaaS-based platforms or enterprise-grade web applications
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, Laravel queues, service providers, and Eloquent ORM
• Strong experience in writing unit and feature test cases (PHPUnit or similar)
• Code quality and static code analysis using SonarQube
• Proficient with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and versioning best practices
• Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL and database optimization
• Experience with Deploying PHP Laravel Applications
• Exposure to containerization (Docker) and cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, etc.)
