Job Description:

• 8+ years of experience C++ Development
• 5+ years of experience in System Design & Architecture
• 5+ years of experience in Multithreading & Concurrency
• 5+ years of experience in Performance Optimization & Debugging
• 4+ years of experience in Build Systems & Toolchains
• Concurrency & Low-Level Programming
• Design and review multithreaded and concurrent systems
• Ensure thread safety, deadlock avoidance, and efficient synchronization strategies
• Work closely with OS-level concepts such as processes, threads, IPC, and file systems
• Code Quality & Testing
• Enforce coding standards, best practices, and design patterns
• Drive unit testing, code coverage, and testable design
• Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables
• Technical Leadership
• Lead technical design discussions and reviews
• Mentor and guide junior and senior engineers
• Break down requirements into technical tasks and guide implementation
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders
