Project Manager / Engagement Manager

Job Description

A project manager needs to understand the overall program objective and the budget spent across multiple streams and track their forecast and targets. He should be able to track the risks and dependencies of the various target applications and ensure that these are reported on time. Managed multiple projects at a time with a total team size of 10+.

Primary (Must have skills)*

• Experience – 14 to 18 years
• Should have at least 8 years of project management experience in planning, tracking, and implementation
• Experience in executing Microsoft technology (Azure) based engagements
• Ability to manage all project activities and deliverables to agreed quality, time, and budget specifications
• Ability to communicate project status, milestones, and dependencies to stakeholders experienced in creating project plans, schedules, and tracking progress against plans
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Extensive experience in using Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Plan
• Should be able to recommend best practices for code reuse, better scalability, performance, and availability
• Working knowledge of Quality Standards like CMMi, ISO, and Six Sigma
• Project Management certification / CSM
• Involved in any operational activities (HR/Recruitment/Admin) in the organization
• Delivery Management (IT Services) from Microsoft Azure Technology preferably Azure AI
• Talent development and thought leadership
• Quality Standards (ISO, Six Sigma, CMMI)
