Technical Architect

Job Description:

• 5+ years of experience in designing scalable AI/ML workflows using Azure services (Azure AI, Cognitive Services, Machine Learning, OpenAI, Cognitive Search).
• 2+ years of experience in integrating AI assistants into enterprise apps
• Practical experience in speech recognition, TTS (Text-to-Speech), NLP/NLU (e.g., Azure Speech Services, DialogFlow, or custom LLM solutions)
• Deep knowledge of voice AI architectures, speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS), conversational design, and integration with Azure Communication Services or Cognitive Speech APIs
• Deep expertise in Azure, AI/ML, and containerized environments including Voice related projects
