Senior Technical Lead – Salesforce DevOps

Experience : 10-12 Years

Must have skills :

• 10 years of experience with Sales Cloud
•  8 years of experience with Service Cloud
• 8 years of experience with Marketing Cloud

Job Description :

•Enforce access and security protocols, permission sets, and environment controls.

• Define and enforce Salesforce development standards, architectural guidelines, and deployment workflows.

•Collaborate closely with Product owner, architects, and App Team to manage branching strategies, quality gates, and deployment plans using Copado and GitHub.

•Work with Architect and product owner and take inputs from App teams to drive the continuous maturity of the DevOps for the platform.

•Onboard new developers with clear guidance on access provisioning, dev standards, and team workflows.

•Maintain and enhance development hygiene by overseeing code reviews, maintaining test coverage, and ensuring documentation is current.

•Govern and guide developers through retrospectives and continuous improvement cycles.

This role is critical in creating a scalable and secure Salesforce development ecosystem that supports enterprise-grade delivery for commercial life sciences applications.
