Module Lead / Team Lead – SharePoint, SPFx

Location – Hyderabad/Bengaluru

• Experience – 6 to 13 Years.
• Highly skilled SharePoint Lead with extensive experience in managing offshore teams.
• Strong background in the retail domain.
• Candidate will be responsible for leading SharePoint projects, ensuring seamless collaboration between onshore and offshore teams.
• Deliver high-quality solutions tailored to the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SharePoint projects from inception to completion.

• Coordinate and collaborate with offshore teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

• Develop and implement SharePoint solutions that meet the specific needs of the retail domain.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

• Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in SharePoint development and deployment.

• Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to stakeholders.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint applications and infrastructure.

Must-haves

•     6+ years of experience in SharePoint development and administration.

•     Experience with SharePoint document library customization

•     Proven experience in leading and managing offshore teams.

•     Proficiency in SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2013/2016, and Office 365.

•     Experience in SPFX, Site Modernization, SharePoint Custom Libraries

•     Experience with SharePoint migration projects.

•     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•     Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
