Senior SDE – Veeva L2 CTMS

Location : Bangalore/Hyderabad

Experience : 4-6 years

Job Description:

  • 3–4 yrs in Veeva Vault configuration & admin CTMS.
  • 3–4 yrs working with CTMS workflows — study setup, site management, monitoring, milestones
  • 3–4 yrs handling moderate–complex incidents, RCA, and issue resolution
  • 3–4 yrs validating releases, regression testing, and supporting configuration deployments
  • 3–4 yrs supporting SaaS applications in Life Sciences
  • 3–4 yrs using ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira) for incident/change management
  • 3–4 yrs creating and maintaining Vault reports, dashboards, and documentation
  • Veeva Vault Certification (Admin / Business Admin)
  • Understanding of GxP and validation documentation standards (CSV/CSA)
  • Exposure to data migration, API-based integration troubleshooting, or interface logs
  • Basic SQL skills for data validation and reporting tasks.
  • We are seeking experienced Veeva Vault L2 Support Analysts to provide advanced application support, troubleshooting, and configuration management across Veeva Vault solutions including Clinical (CTMS).
  • The role focuses on ensuring system stability, efficient issue resolution, and smooth business operations
