Job Description :

• Strong experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio development, including topics, generative answers, actions, and adaptive cards
• Expertise in Power Platform and Power Automate workflow integration
• Solid experience in REST API integration and middleware design
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI Service and Azure cloud-native architectures
• Backend/API development using Python (FastAPI)
• Implementation of Responsible AI, security, and governance controls
• Experience designing RAG-based AI solutions and semantic search workflows
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and ALM for Power Platform solutions
• Experience with observability, telemetry, and performance optimization
• Enterprise system integration with SSO and secure authentication
• 2–4 Years of Experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio Development – Building enterprise chatbots with topics, generative answers, actions, knowledge sources, context handling, fallback strategies, and adaptive cards
• 2–3 Years of Experience in Power Platform & Workflow Automation – Designing Power Automate flows, Dataverse integrations, and custom connectors
• 2–3 Years of Experience in API Integration – Implementing REST APIs, input/output transformation, multilingual response handling, and rate-limit management
• 2–4 Years of Experience in Azure AI & Cloud Integration – Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI Service, Azure Functions, API Management, and Key Vault
• 3–5 Years of Experience in Backend/API Development – Developing middleware using Python (FastAPI), including authentication and error handling
• 3+ Years of Experience in Responsible AI, Security & Governance – Implementing content moderation, PII masking, RBAC, and audit logging
• 2–3 Years of Experience in RAG & Advanced AI Capabilities – Embeddings, vector search, semantic retrieval, and prompt engineering
• 2–3 Years of Experience in DevOps & ALM for Power Platform – CI/CD pipelines, solution packaging, and deployment governance
• 2–3 Years of Experience in Observability & Performance Optimization – Telemetry, latency monitoring, caching, and cost optimization
• 3–4 Years of Experience in Enterprise System Integration – Teams integration, SSO, authentication, and personalization
