QA Lead

Location – Hyderabad or Bangalore

Job/Role Description:

• Experience – 7–10 years of IT experience with 5+ years in QA / Test Lead roles, preferably in data, BI, or analytics platforms within enterprise or regulated environments.
• Test Strategy & Planning – 5+ years Strong hands-on experience defining and executing Test Strategy and Test Plans, with active involvement in manual functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• ETL & Data Testing – 5+ years Proven hands on experience in ETL testing, including source to target validation, data reconciliation, transformation logic validation, and data quality checks.
• Power BI Testing – 4+ Years of Hands-on experience in Power BI testing, validating datasets, reports, DAX calculations, filters, row level security, refresh behavior, and data accuracy.
• Performance & API Testing – 4+ Years of Hands-on experience in performance testing and API testing, validating pipeline execution, refresh cycles, and API based integrations (e.g., Veeva Vault).
• QA Team Management – 4+ years of Hands-on experience leading and managing QA teams, including task allocation, execution tracking, defect triage, and UAT coordination.
• Validation & Compliance – 4+ years of hands-on experience in 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP, supporting validation through disciplined testing, traceability, and IQ/OQ/PQ inputs.
• Agile / DevOps Delivery – 4+ years of Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams using Azure DevOps / GitHub Projects / Jira, supporting CI/CD validation and release readiness. 
• QA Lead with 7–10 years of experience defining and executing test strategies and test plans for data, BI, and analytics platforms.
• Leads hands on manual and data centric testing, including ETL validation, Power BI testing, API testing, and performance testing.
• Owns QA governance and test execution oversight across Agile delivery, defect management, and UAT coordination.
• Ensures GxP aligned validation and audit readiness, supporting IQ/OQ/PQ activities with full test traceability and evidence.
• Collaborates with development, business, and compliance teams to deliver high quality, compliant, and reliable releases on Microsoft Fabric/Azure platforms
