Role Summary

The Senior Business Analyst (GLE2E) operates as an independent, individual contributor responsible for driving the definition, documentation, and delivery of complex business and system requirements for the Global Labeling End-to-End (GLE2E) system. This role acts as a critical bridge between Business Process Owners, Project Managers, and technical teams to ensure solutions align with operational needs. Operating within a highly regulated GxP environment, the position owns the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) lifecycle, collaborates with Quality, Validation, and Training teams, and ensures all system deliverables are fully compliant, testable, and ready for release.

What You’ll Do

• Acts as an independent individual contributor partnering with Business Process Owners and Project Managers to define, document, and deliver complex business and system requirements for GLE2E.
• Leads requirements refinement, including current/future state analysis, requirements documentation, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
• Refines existing user and functional requirements specification, Owns User Acceptance Testing planning and execution.
• Partners with the Quality and Validation teams to ensure requirements are testable and the solution is ready for release.
• Partners with the Training team to ensure training meets requirements and the users are ready for the solution release.
• Produces current state and future state artifacts (process flows, data flows, impact summaries) as required to support solution design.
• Develops UAT plans, scenarios, and test cases aligned to approved requirements, Leads UAT, including coordination of test cycles, defect logging and ownership, and retesting.
• Produces UAT test summary report supporting business acceptance , release readiness, provides regular status updates covering progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Documents decisions, assumptions, and clarifications related to contracted scope.

Must-Have Skills

GxP System Validation & Compliance:

5+ years of experience with computer systems validation (CSV) life cycles, regulatory compliance standards, and ensuring strict data integrity within a regulated life sciences environment.

Advanced Requirements Engineering:

5+ years of a proven track record in current state and future state analysis, gap analysis, and refining complex user and functional requirements specifications into clear deliverables.

End-to-End UAT Management:

4+ years of full-lifecycle ownership of the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, including planning, test case development, execution coordination, defect management, and final summary reporting.

Strategic Stakeholder Communication:

 6+ years of strong, clear, and concise written and verbal communication skills tailored for aligning cross-functional stakeholders and maintaining highly accurate technical documentation.

Autonomous Project Execution:

5+ years of showing a high degree of self-motivation with a demonstrated ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities with minimal direction, and provide proactive status updates.

Rapid Technical Systems Adaptation:

4+ years of demonstrated technical agility to quickly learn, master, and navigate new software systems, enterprise platforms, and complex digital tools.

Transparent Risk Management: Project stakeholders remain fully aligned on scope boundaries and project health through proactive, predictable status reporting and documented decision logs.
