Role Summary

We are seeking a AWS Full Stack Lead Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable cloud-native applications on AWS. This role combines hands-on full-stack development expertise with technical leadership, guiding the development team through architecture, coding standards, code reviews, and deployment activities. The individual collaborates closely with business stakeholders, architects, DevOps engineers, and project teams to deliver secure, high-performing, and maintainable solutions.

What You’ll Do

Engineer with 2–4 years of experience designing and deploying scalable, secure AWS solutions using services like EKS.

Must-Have Skills

4+ years of experience in React, Fast API and Python
4+ years of experience in AWS Services – Proficient in EKS, Athena, S3.

Good to Have

Python Application Development – debugging skills in Python.

What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months)

Improves deployment efficiency, application stability, and overall engineering productivity.
