Associate Technical Architect – SalesForce

 Location – Hyderabad or Bangalore

Experience – 10 to 16 Years

Job Description:

• Microsoft Azure (PaaS, IaaS, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, ARM/Bicep templates, etc.) 
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud. 
• Great knowledge LWC 
• Great hands-on experience in Apex, Visual Force 
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations.  
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, Design 
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as Dev Team Architect. 
• Proven experience leading and managing a team of Salesforce developers and administrators. 
• Knowledge of data modeling and database design principles. 
• Experience with Salesforce security and compliance best practices.  
• Customer-facing experience, crisp & proficient communication (written & verbal) 
• Experience in Commercial IT & Pharma Sales domain (Key ask for the position) 
• Analytical thinking and solution-oriented mindset 

Primary Skills:

• Develops Salesforce.com platform modules, dashboards, interfaces, and database functions with Visual Force and the Apex coding language 
• Understand and utilize Salesforce strategies the technical standards, specifications and policies that are supported within the Salesforce ecosystem 
• Experience with Salesforce.com Governor limits, Lightning UI, Apex, and performance optimization 
• Leading and ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other marketing-related implementation engagements from a technical standpoint 
• Integrate multiple technologies with Salesforce Marketing Cloud 
• Architect, design, and develop advanced customizations utilizing Salesforce Marketing cloud 
• Mentor junior team members in Marketing Cloud technology, Integration Technologies, and Salesforce best practices 
• Lead the technical planning & requirements gathering phases for Salesforce projects 
• Lead Salesforce development team in developing solutions through collaboration and discussion, within our teams and with clients 
• Designs and implements business technology solutions for Nonprofit and Higher Education customers, focused on cloud-based business applications, specifically, Salesforce.com
