Job Description :

• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to confidently engage with clients.
• Proven experience delivering 5+ enterprise-level data projects (10+ years overall experience).
• Strong expertise in:
  • SQL Server & Azure SQL Database
  • Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks, PySpark
  • ETL design, schema modelling, Data Quality frameworks, Medallion Architecture
  • Database schema & data modelling on RDBMS and Azure Data Platform
  • Databricks Unity Catalog and Lakehouse architecture
• At least 2+ projects (3+ years) of experience in:
  • Azure Synapse Analytics (SQL DW)
  • Azure Data Lake/Blob Storage
  • Microsoft Fabric components (including Lakehouse)
  • Designing large-scale data storage and pipeline solutions
• Experience managing high-volume, large, and varied datasets.
• Define, design, and implement scalable data architecture solutions on Azure.
• Understand business and technical requirements, proactively clarify assumptions, and deliver optimal solutions.
• Interact effectively with customer Business and IT teams, providing technical leadership and solution presentations.
• Lead the design of ETL pipelines, database schemas, and data models across RDBMS, Data Lakes, and Data Warehouses using Medallion Architecture.
• Program and optimize DB objects (Views, Stored Procedures, Functions) for performance and scalability.
• Architect and implement solutions with Azure Data Services for large, complex, and high-volume datasets.
• Guide and mentor Leads and Developers, enforcing best practices in design and coding.
• Ensure data solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards following the Azure Well-Architected Framework (WAF).
• Collaborate in Agile and Waterfall environments, adapting to evolving project requirements.
• Provide innovative ideas and modern solutions for continuous improvement
