Module Lead – SharePoint Support

Location – Hyderabad or Bangalore

  • An experienced IT Support and Systems Administrator with strong expertise in Office365, SharePoint, and Veeva Vault with 6+ Years Experience.
  • SharePoint expertise, in creating and configuring SharePoint webpages, troubleshooting issues, managing tickets in ServiceNow
  • The role involves Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for regulatory platforms, including issue resolution, system configuration, and ticket handling via ServiceNow.
  • The candidate will work closely with IT and business teams to support evolving regulatory needs.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and troubleshooting skills are essential.
