Module Lead – Veeva vault Promenades 

Location – Hyderabad/Bangalore

Job/Role Description:

• Experience in Veeva Vault Promomats
• Experience in clinical trial processes and documentation workflows.
• Experience in application support in GxP-regulated environments.
• Experience in Vault Admin Console, security configuration, object lifecycle management.
• Experience in managing support tickets using tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.
• Experience with validation (CSV or CSA) and change control procedures.
• Experience managing or mentoring a small team or leading client interactions
• Lead the technical delivery of Veeva Vault Promo Mats, including configuration of workflows, metadata, roles, and permissions.
• Customize and optimize MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) review workflows to align with Elanco’s SOPs and compliance requirements.
• Implement digital asset management (DAM) features and claims management modules.
• Ensure secure and scalable data exchange via ETL, FTP, and batch CSV processes.
• Ensure system design and workflows meet GxP, HIPAA, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance standards.
• Support audit readiness and documentation for all technical deliverables.
