Sr. Tech Lead – App Dev

Job/Role Description:

• 8+ year in Full stack development with API development and integration
• Experience in software engineering / technical ops / advanced IT support
• 8+ years in User, permission, or workflow administration
• 8+ years worked with APIs (REST, tokens, integrations)
• 6+ years of Scripting or automation experience
• Experience with ServiceNow or ticketing tools like Jira, Linear
• 8+ years in Access control or admin role management experience
• A key member of the Product Operations team, ensuring the stability and efficiency of our work management toolset. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and managing tool integrations, ensuring our global teams can work effectively by maintaining and integrating key systems
• API development and integration for any SaaS platform
• Assess risk for any API integration requests and ensure the technical stability and security of Product Operations tooling.
• Using Linear MCP server, create a dynamic roadmap that can be shared with a URL to our stakeholders
• Using Linear MCP Server, create dynamic dashboards matching key criteria for executive viewing
• Create Ops dashboards showing each Product Team’s application portfolio
• Create dynamic architectural “street maps” of the full stack of each Product Team’s portfolio
• Automate access roster reviews. Must integrate with our existing Azure/SaaS security models.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and vendor teams
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience supporting global users in an enterprise environment is a plus.
