Sr Technical Lead – Data & Analytics

Experience – 8 to 12 Years

Job Description:

• Around 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Fabric (Power BI) on at least 1 customer Project or a POC
• Recent 5+ years of experience in with experience in Power BI working on at least 6+ Projects, leading at least 3+ projects
• 4+ years of experience working with Business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and deliver BI solutions.
• 2+ Yrs experience working with ETl/ELT solutions using Databricks or ADF/Synapse or any other industry standard ETL/ELT tools2+ years of experience working with Business and IT stakeholders
• Microsoft Fabric:
• Hands-on experience building reporting solutions using Power BI on Microsoft Fabric
• Good to have experience working with Fabric Copilots
• Worked with Direct Lake, One Lake, and Lakehouse to design and manage scalable data architectures.
• Built and orchestrated end-to-end data pipelines using Fabric Dataflows Gen2, Notebooks
• Power BI:
• Strong expertise in Power BI Pro, Premium, and Paginated reports.
• Advanced use of DAX, Power Query, and M language
• Experience with Dataflows, Incremental Refresh, RLS, and Data Modelling.
• Led multiple report migrations from legacy BI platforms to Power BI.
• Data Engineering/Modelling
• Hands-on experience working with ETL/ELT solutions using ADF or Synapse or SSIS or any other industry standard ETL/ELT Tools
• Hands-on experience in designing gold layer and data models for consumption by reports and downstream applications
