Technical Lead – App Dev

Experience : 10 to 12 Years

Job Description :

• Should be able to work independently with little guidance from the lead architect.
• Should be able to understand requirements, proactively clarify any doubts/assumptions with the team members and proficient in client interactions.
• Should be able to guide Leads and developers.
• Should be a team player.
• Should be flexible with working hours (sometimes during deployments, customer calls)
• Should be self-motivated and passionate to become technology expert    
• 5+ years’ experience in Argo CD.
• 5+ years’ experience in Argo Workflows.
• 7+ years’ experience in Deployment patterns, upgrades, debugging, reliability engineering.
• 5+ years’ experience in experience with deep proficiency in Go.
• 5+ years’ experience in API design and backend architecture skills.
• 5+ years’ experience in experience working in a build + run ownership culture.
• 5+ years’ experience in distributed systems, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and GitOps.
• Strong collaboration and mentoring skills.
