Technical Lead – Golang with Argo CD

Location – Bangalore/Noida

Job Description :

• Experience with Argo (deployment patterns, upgrades, reliability, troubleshooting)
• Lead implementation of backend services in Go
• Working knowledge or strong interest in Kubernetes + GitOps/CI/CD/ARGO/Public Cloud/Git concepts
• Drive “build & run” ownership (on-call readiness, observability, runbooks, operational hygiene)
• Strong API design skills (authn/authz, versioning, error models, performance, SLOs)
• Comfortable partnering with stakeholders and mentoring junior engineers
• Strong hands-on experience with Argo open-source projects, especially:
• Argo CD
• Argo Workflows
• Container Orchestration: Kubernetes
• Golang development experience
• Public Cloud (AWS, Azure etc.) experience
• Version Control: Git
• Ability to operate in a “build & run” model (deliver + operate + improve)
• API development skills
• UI development skills
• Proficiency with AI tools and building prompt-based applications
