Technical Lead – Python (FastAPI)

Job/Role Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the design and delivery of modern web applications for a enterprise’s large-scale, multi-phase digital transformation program. You will build and optimize solutions using Python for backend services and react for dynamic, user-centric frontends, ensuring seamless integration across enterprise systems.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using Python (FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks).
• 3+ years of experience in frontend development using React (Redux, Hooks, or similar).
• 3+ years of experience working with PostgreSQL, including database design and complex SQL queries.
• Strong experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
• 2+ years of experience implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms including RBAC (Role-Based Access Control).
• Experience working with version control systems like Git and collaborative development workflows.
• 2+ years of experience in building and maintaining enterprise-grade, scalable full-stack applications.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
